Contact support teamThe contest is open to students aged 18 or older who are currently enrolled in or accepted to a college or university in 2025. Applicants from any country are welcome.
No. Participants must choose one of the five provided topics related to artificial intelligence and education.
Exactly 500 words. Essays that are too short or too long may be disqualified.
No. Only essays written in English will be accepted and evaluated.
No. Submissions must be written entirely by the applicant without any assistance from AI tools. All entries are screened using PlagCheck\’s AI and plagiarism detection systems.
You must complete the application form on this page and upload your essay directly. Submissions via email or social media will not be accepted.
We accept .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, and .odt file formats. File size must not exceed 24MB.
No. Participation in the contest is completely free of charge.
All essays are reviewed by our editorial team. The evaluation is based on originality, writing quality, clarity, credibility, and overall style. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
The winning entry will be announced via email on October 10, 2025. We will also publish the winning essay on the PlagCheck website and feature it in our newsletter.
The winner must respond within 10 days of receiving the notification email and provide:
• A photo (headshot)
• A signed eligibility statement
If we don’t receive the required materials within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
The $1,000 USD prize will be paid within 4 weeks via PayPal, card, or bank transfer. Any taxes or transaction fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Only the winning essay will be published on our website and may be highlighted in our official newsletter. All other submissions remain the intellectual property of their authors.
No. Only one submission per participant is allowed. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification.
