Tracking Usage and Payment Statistics

The Payments section in PlagCheck provides detailed insights into how your balance and subscriptions are used. It helps monitor word consumption, review payment history, and analyze performance over time through the Usages and Statistics tabs.

Payment History

The Payment history tab displays all your transactions, including one-time top-ups and subscription renewals. Each record includes the payment method, amount, product, and date of purchase.
  • Status — shows whether the payment is Paid, Verification, or Pending.
  • Invoice ID — unique identifier of your transaction.
  • Product — the service purchased (e.g., “Light On-time” or “Plagiarism Check”).
  • Date — when the payment was completed.

Usage Tracking

All word consumption is recorded in the Usages tab. Each entry represents a report or document check that deducted words from your balance. This section helps users track how many words were processed and for what purpose.
  • ID — reference number of the transaction.
  • Amount — the number of words or AI words used.
  • Status — indicates if the charge was successfully applied (“Charged”).
  • Product — the related report or file name (linked for quick access).
  • Date — when the check was performed.

Statistics and Insights

The Statistics tab provides a visual summary of your usage trends over time. You can group data by day, week, month, or year to understand consumption patterns and plan future balance top-ups.
  • Track how many reports were checked in a given period.
  • View the total number of words processed and how many were analyzed for AI content.
  • Analyze your activity peaks to optimize subscription choices.

Practical Recommendations

  • Use the Statistics view monthly to estimate how many words you’ll need next period.
  • Keep an eye on the Usages tab if you work in teams — it helps detect unnecessary word spending.
  • Download your invoices from the Payment history tab for accounting or reimbursement purposes.
